About The Binalong Community Club

The Binalong Community Club (formerly known as the Binalong Golf Club) is located on Glengarry Road, Binalong NSW.

We have an 18 hole, sand green course, a superb lawn bowling green, bar, dining and function facilities.

We are an integral part of the community, with a long and rich history. The club started in 1857 as a horse racing venue, and in 1927, a 9 hole golf course was set up in the middle of the race track.

Shortly after World War 2, clay pigeon shooting was introduced to the site and in the 1960s we replaced the horse track with an additional 9 fairways to make a full 18 hole course.

The current ‘19th hole – Clubhouse’ was built in 1967, and since that time there has been modifications and an extension to the building.
